Late Pick-Up Policy:

• If a dog is picked up 4 to 6 hours later than the original drop-off time, an additional 50% of the nightly rate will be charged.
   
• If a dog is picked up more than 6 hours later than the original drop-off time, an additional 100% of the nightly rate will be charged.
   

• A 50% deposit of the total booking charge is required at the time of booking to secure your dog’s spot.
   
• The remaining balance is due at drop-off.
   
• Accepted payment methods: Cash, Venmo, PayPal, and Zelle. 

• Full Refund: If canceled by noon the day before the booking start date, the deposit will be fully refunded.
   
• Partial Refund: If a booking is canceled after 12:00 noon or once it has started, the first 7 canceled days will be refunded at 50%, and any additional canceled days beyond that will be fully refunded (100%).
